Press Release: New Edition of Never Ceese by Sue Dent

RIDGELAND, MS, May 07, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Journey Stone Creations, publishers of the hardback edition of Never Ceese, changed directions and dropped their young adult line. All copies of Never Ceese were subsequently sold to a liquidator. With no hope of receiving revenue, Sue Dent did the only thing she could do.
Sue says, "I put a lot of time, money and energy into getting my debut novel out there, money I didn't have. I had to do something to recover." Having initially self-published her paperback, she decided to re-publish it. "I'm hearing reports that the hardback is missing pages and falling apart. Do understand you won't have that problem with the paperback version."
Sue Dent's 2006 Bram Stoker Short-listed paperback edition, ISBN: 9780976994701, is now available through Ingram and also Ingram/Spring Arbor. "I'm excited about Never Ceese making it past the content submittal process Spring Arbor subjects all books to. Now it's officially available to all Christian booksellers and all general market booksellers as well should they choose to carry it and even if they don't want to carry it."
The paperback sports an updated cover to boot. "Hopefully, this will help distinguish it from the hardback," Ms. Dent says. Never Ceese is available wherever books are sold.
S D Enterprises has secured distribution through all the major channels for the paperback edition of Never Ceese. Anyone can order.

News for April 27th, 2009

Sue Dent has republished her first book, Never Ceese. The hardback was discontinued by Journey Stone, and the stock sold off to liquidators, so even the few copies left for sale didn't make her any royalties at all. So she redid the cover and re-released it (no changes to inside text) as a self-published paperback. You can buy it direct from Sue on neverceese.com or several online retailers, including Parables, B&N, and Amazon.

Derek Gilbert says: My new novel, The God Conspiracy, has just been released by PID Publishing. It's a sci fi/conspiracy thriller that fits into the "Laodicea Chronicles" series authored by my wife, Sharon K. Gilbert. (She graciously allowed me to borrow a couple of her characters.)Synopsis: The deadliest terror attacks in American history are triggered by a mysterious e-mail from "God", and the government blames a fanatical group of apocalyptic Christians. An FBI agent reluctantly teams with a reclusive Internet radio host to expose the plot -- and discovers that he's not wrestling against flesh and blood.

Books you need to check out

Recently a number of new releases have caught my attention - will they catch yours?
Amy Deardon's "A Lever Long Enough"
A small military team travels back in time to film the theft of Jesus' body from the tomb . . .
The Israeli team, led by Benjamin Finan, has exactly seventy-two hours to collect the data. Failure threatens the existence of Israel and may cause the world to slip into all-out war.
Drawn into a web of first century deception and death, the only way to escape is for Benjamin to change the past.
In the present, a traitor determines to sabotage the mission and seize control of the complex housing the time machine. Only Benjamin can reveal him, but he is trapped two thousand years away. Even with a time machine, time is running out.
Never Ceese, the highly acclaimed debut novel by Sue Dent, is now available from The Writers' Café Press. This is a limited edition re-release. You can read some amazing reviews of it here.
And "The Exception" by Jessica Thomas, which is not published yet - but you can read some excerpts of it here. This looks to be a spine-chilling end-times thriller.
